The Castle is designed for families and large groups who want to spend time together without giving up their own space. The whole house is yours, spread over several levels connected by stairs.
BEDROOMS
All five bedrooms have air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom accessed directly from the room.
- Suite 5 · Ground floor: double bed and private bathroom. Reached from the entrance with no steps.
- Suite 2 · First floor: king bed, a single bed, desk and private bathroom.
- Suite 3 · First floor: two double beds, desk and private bathroom.
- Suite 4 · First floor: double bed, a single bed and private bathroom.
- Main suite · Second floor: king bed, a single bed, desk and a large private bathroom with a hot-water jetted tub.
There's also a half bath in the living room.
LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN AND DINING
The living room has air conditioning, a sound system and a 60" TV with a PlayStation 5. The kitchen is equipped for cooking at home and the dining area lets everyone eat together. The washer and dryer are on the ground floor, next to the kitchen.

El alojamiento está hermoso, no hubo problema para encontrarlo, la limpieza es bastante buena, todo estubo demasiado cómodo y está en un lugar muy céntrico. Del lado del anfitrión, siempre al pendiente de nosotros. Con gusto volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.
Sin duda unas vacaciones increibles, la casa es un expectaculo, todo de lujo , la limpieza ,organizacion y comodidades cumplian con las expectativas.. y el Alfitrion Alex super pendiente y muy servicial..la casa sin duda es +5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💙💙...En serio si deseas unas vacaciones en el centro de Cancun esta casa es una de las mejores sin duda.. Excelente lugar, no pude haber escogido un mejor lugar que Ese, a pesar que somos una familia grande con tres bebés estuvimos más que a gusto es como sentirse en casa sin duda será mi primera opción siempre🏡 🙏🏻
muy cómoda la casa, las camas ideales para descansar, es muy bueno tener baño en cada habitación. como punto a mejorar seria la presión en regaderas para que libre el escalón que esta debajo en la recamara de en medio. todo muy bien, super recomendable.
We loved the house, my kids and family had a great time in it, we relaxed so much after being in a hotel, It felt like home. Area is so peaceful, if we come back to Cancun we would totally come back to this home. Thank you so much.
En general muy bien la propiedad había algunos detalles menores de limpieza sobre todo en la zona del patio donde se ubica la mesa de pin pon. Salvo esas áreas exteriores de patios lo demás bien. Como sugerencia si deberían rehabilitar el garaje para guardar autos.

Zatrzymalismy sie u Alejandro w 11 osob. Dom jest na tyle duzy, ze moglby zmiescic jeszcze dodatkowe osoby. Instrukcje check-in byly bardzo proste, a sam Alejandro zawsze odpowiadal na nasze pytania i prosby, najszybciej jak mogl. Willa byla czysta i posiadala wszystkie udogodnienia. Obsluga czyscila rowniez basen i teren znajdujacy sie przy basenie. Spokojna okolica, mozna wyjsc w dzien i nocy, bez zadnych obaw. Miejsce warte swojej ceny!

Alejandro is very nice! We had a couple of issues but he was very helpful and accommodating ! I would say the master betters are very spacious and huge. The jacuzzi in the bathroom is a bonus ! The pool is cute and small. I would say room 5 is very tiny and not the best but if you’re okay with no windows. Overall great location, and very responsive host.

On foot: • Urban Center, with a supermarket, gym and shops: about 5 minutes. • Costco: about 5 minutes. • Plaza Las Américas, with a supermarket and movie theater: about 8 minutes.
By car: • Puerto Cancún, with restaurants, a marina and a golf course: about 5 minutes. • Beach: about 10 minutes.
Restaurants we recommend: La Troje, Bandoneón, Casa Rolandi, La Fonda del Zancudo, La Habichuela, El Cejas (seafood, at Mercado 28) and Porto Santo.
Getting around
- Cancún Airport: about 15 km, around 15 minutes by car. The most convenient option is to book a private transfer or rent a car.
- Playa del Carmen: about 45 minutes by car.
- Tulum: around 1 hour and 40 minutes by car.
- Uber: works in the city, but doesn't pick up at the airport.
- Taxis: available throughout the area. Use only registered taxis.
- Parking: on the street, in front of the house.

The whole house is for your group: the five bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, patio, pool and rooftop. Nothing is shared with other guests.
Entry is by electronic lock. Before your arrival we send you the code and instructions.
There is no parking inside the property. You can park on the street, in front of the house.
Cancellations and payments
10% of the total is non-refundable. Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and we refund the rest of what you paid. 30 days or less: no refund.
The booking is paid in full when you book. With participating Mexican credit cards you can pay it over 3 interest-free months.

Important details
- Stairs: the house has several levels. Suite 5 is on the ground floor with no steps; the other bedrooms and the rooftop require using stairs.
- Occupancy: maximum 16 guests. The beds sleep 15 people.
- Visitors: only the people registered in the booking may enter, unless authorized in writing.
- Pool: it is not heated and its maximum depth is 1.5 m. There is no lifeguard; children must always be supervised by an adult.
- Pool maintenance: the technician has their own access. We'll let you know in advance which days they'll come.
- Cameras: there are outdoor security cameras that record only the street.
- Noise: it's a residential area. The patio, pool and rooftop are quiet zones, with no loud music at any time.
- Parties and events: not allowed.
- Smoking: only in outdoor areas.
- Pets: 1 pet is allowed, for an additional fee.
- Extra cleaning during the stay: for a fee and subject to availability.

Loud noise is not allowed in any home. Any complaint from neighbors or the owner must be addressed right away; otherwise the booking may be cancelled without refund and any resulting fines are taken from the deposit.
