Welcome to Shark Villa, a home where you can enjoy your Cancún vacation with family or friends, with spaces to relax, have fun and share good times.

Pool and garden:
On the ground floor you'll find the private heated pool, surrounded by a garden. It has a waterfall and lighting so you can enjoy the space at night too.
It's one of the favorite spots in the house to spend the afternoon, cool off after visiting the beaches or simply enjoy a day of rest without leaving the property.
Terrace and grill:
On the top floor you'll find a terrace with a pergola, a grill, an outdoor dining table for six and two sun loungers.
It's a pleasant place to cook a meal, enjoy an afternoon outdoors or spend time with family and friends.
Home theater and entertainment:
One of the most special spaces in Shark Villa is the home theater, with a 100-inch screen, a sound system and two sofa beds.
You'll also find a PlayStation 5 and a Nintendo Switch with Super Mario, perfect for a good time with the family.
The main living room has a 70-inch TV and offers another space to get together and relax.
Kitchen and dining:
The kitchen has Teka appliances and is equipped for cooking during your stay.
It includes a dishwasher, an oven with an air fryer function, an ice maker, a coffee maker and a Nutribullet blender, among other utensils.
The indoor dining room seats 8. You can also enjoy your meals at the terrace dining table.

Lovely host and place to stay. Home was beautiful and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again
Alejandro’s place was perfect! So much space with all of the bedrooms. They were always responsive and available for any help we needed with security/the gate for the neighborhood. We had to book last minute after having issues with another place and they accepted us quickly! I would recommend or stay again. The master bedroom is gorgeous! It is very new a lot of drivers could not find the place on their GPS. We spent a few times walking through the neighborhood finding people. But wouldn’t change our stay because of this!
Alejandro was a great host. He accommodated all guest requests, was very responsive and helpful. The Villa was amazing, beautiful and very spacious. If I were to travel to Cancun again, I would want to stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and everything was in excellent condition. The host was very kind and flexible with our early arrival, and was always attentive and available whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Alejandro was responsive, but our experience felt less welcoming than expected. Before booking, I let him know I was traveling with my children and celebrating my daughter’s birthday, but there was no acknowledgment or even a simple welcome message after checkout. Housekeeping arrived around 9 a.m., even though checkout was 10 a.m., which felt rushed. The shower water was extremely salty, almost like bathing in seawater. The host said this was normal for Cancun, but I’ve visited Cancun three times and never experienced this. There was also active construction on both sides of the home, which should be disclosed in the listing as it was dusty and noisy. We asked for recommendations on activities, but none were provided, and we weren’t told about community amenities like the playground. That said, the home itself was clean, in great condition, and the beds were very comfortable.

Shark Villa is located in Vía Cumbres, a residential community in Cancún known for its beautiful homes, tranquility, security and family atmosphere.
One of the things we like most about the community is how pleasant it is to walk its streets and enjoy its green areas. It has parks, trails, reflecting pools and children's play areas. The community is also often decorated for the different seasons of the year, which gives it a very special atmosphere.
Nearby you'll find a good variety of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shopping centers, most of them just a few minutes away by car.

Vía Cumbres is a pleasant community to walk around and enjoy its parks and green areas. However, to reach most of Cancún's restaurants, supermarkets and attractions we recommend using a vehicle.
Uber easily reaches the property and is also a good way to get around the city.
For more convenience, especially if you plan to visit different beaches or explore the Riviera Maya, we recommend renting a car.
