Nice and clean apartment. Close to downtown and different beaches (Playa Linda which is a very small beach is just across the street). It was one of the few which did not have seaweed, since it’s being cleaned by a hotel.

Great location in Cancun within a gated community so you feel safe at all times. The hosts were excellent in their communication and always made sure our needs were met.
Great place to stay and close to Playa Langosta the most beautiful beach right now even with all the seaweed in Cancun area. Also super quiet and peaceful.
Got to cancun in the 22nd to another Airbnb and omg villas Marlín with nohemi, Angelica and Nancy was terrible. Walls with mold, floors greasy, kitchen filthy and furniture with dirty stains. Terrible experience, I didn’t even feel safe to sit from the dirty it was and they won’t allow me to place a review but people has to know. I thought my vacation was ruined. Anyways I was at that place while looking for a new airbnb and luckily I found this place. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place, it was very clean, all the necessary equipment to cook, it has three bedrooms with their own tv and air conditioning in each room, quiet place but close to everything, the pool was clean, with security 24/7 and the host responsive and I can go on and on about this place highly recommended and for sure next time I am in cancun I will book again with eyes close. Don’t gumble just book here and thank you for a great experience ❤️
