This place is so great, beachfront on a quiet residential beach and amazing pool. The staff were all super friendly and were always keeping all the shared spaces clean and tidy. The security made the property feel safe. The photos matched the description, it was so clean and the king bed was soooo comfortable. This is the perfect place to stay with a 9 month old and family because it has everything you need. Crib provided was awesome, thanks so much for great experience

Todo muy bien con el alojamiento, el amanecer es lo mejor de este hospedaje Solo mi único comentario es que reparen el clima de la habitación principal, se había arreglado echándole gas para que enfriara, pero paso 24 horas y se volvió a descomponer, la ventaja fue que el clima de la sala cubría ampliamente el departamento Del resto, fue muy placentero, sin duda volvería a alojarme allí

Excelente departamento para disfrutar, conocer y disfrutar las playas de Cancún. Ubicado en una zona estratégica en dónde todo quedaba accesible. el departamento excelentemente equipado con todas las comodidades. Esperamos volver muy pronto y disfrutar de más días allí.

We originally had a hotel booked, but due to a flight cancellation, we booked this Airbnb the day before arriving and are so glad we did. We are a family of four with two young kids, and this was the perfect spot for a quieter, more private stay away from the spring break crowds. The apartment is a little simpler than the photos, but the views are beautiful. The hammock was a big hit with our kids, and having drinking water available plus a small market nearby was very convenient. It is also within walking distance to the ferry and easy to get around by bus. It can be a little loud at night from nearby hotels and pirate ships, but it usually quieted down by around 10:30. The staff were very friendly, communication was great, and the beach area was kept very clean. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other families looking for a more relaxed stay in Cancun. 10/10! Thanks for having us :)

Everything was wonderful here! It is a small community feel right on the shallow beach & pool. Plenty of activities & pick up for anything you want to do. Watch the pirate ships leave each evening & mini fireworks display around 9:30. It is a very family friendly area mostly regulars & owners from Canada when we visited. No crazy Spring Break partying when we were there in March. Employees are incredibly meticulous about cleaning & polite. The grounds, furniture & beach cleaning several times a day. Grills need to be reserved at the gate house for 20 pesos. As well as changing water bottles & buying ice. Having a kitchen to cook in was ideal though small. Uber Eats available & excellent food close by.

First time staying at this unit. The unit looks just like the pictures on the Airbnb site. Nice beach with chairs and palapas. Near a bus stop that you can ride to restaurants and Wal Mart for 12 pesos. There are a few convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance of the unit. Easy check in to unit with a code. Wifi service in the unit. Small kitchen with items to make some meals. Owner checked in several times during the stay to make sure all was going well. This condo has a core group of regulars who have been coming for years, very friendly. Drinking water and ice available for purchase from condo staff. My only concern is the noise level at night from nearby resorts and Pirate boats, other than that I have no other concerns. Would return again to this unit.

This place was the perfect little gem for our mother/daughter getaway. It is tucked back off the main street, yet walking distance to a few restaurants, stores and a couple local attractions. Facing the beach, we couldn't wait to wait to wake to the view of the ocean . So inviting and peaceful and the grounds were meticulously maintained. We stayed in February and was unable to swim in the pool cause the water temperature was too cold. it would have been great if the pool were heated. Five stars 5*

When checking in the security guards were very rude. They gave us a hard time every time we returned back to the room. There was also no laundry detergent or extra trash bags. We had to replenish the drinking water on our own. There was also very limited hot water for the shower. The view was very beautiful and the location was good. There is a lot of potential but there are things that can be improved to make guests more comfortable.
