Are they on the beach?
Both have beach access according to their listings. Each condo's page shows the location and view photos.
Condo or hotel?
A condo gives you more space, a kitchen and a price per group instead of per person; a hotel includes daily services. Here you see the full price before paying, so you can compare.
How do I book direct?
Pick the home and your dates, see the full price with cleaning and taxes, sign the rental agreement online and pay by card.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card (up to 3 interest-free months with participating Mexican credit cards), or SPEI bank transfer from a Mexican bank account with 10% off the nights. With SPEI we hold your dates and you have 2 days to transfer; it's available if you arrive in 4 days or more.
What is the cancellation policy?
10% of the total is non-refundable. Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and the rest of what you paid is refunded. Within 30 days, there is no refund.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes, $1,000 USD per booking as a hold on your card (not a charge), placed 3 days before arrival and released 2 days after check-out if there is no damage.
